Sharon Yvonne Stone is the sole daughter of Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, a tool-and-die manufacturer and former worker in a factory. Her birth date was 10 March 1958in Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her siblings. Stone, who was gifted in school as a young child, began in second grade at five. Stone graduated from Saegertown High School located in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. In addition, she competed in and won in the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone, along with her Aunt in 1977, moved into New Jersey for a modeling job. Stone signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week later. Then, she moved to Europe and spent a full year in Milan as well as Paris. Stone did, however, become dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. She chose to keep her acting career going as an actress while living in Europe. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories" that was a mixed-review film, at age twenty.
